Starwood Preferred Guest Master credit card is designed for individuals who spend a lot of nights in hotel accommodation. Individuals in this category have a unique opportunity to cut down hotel related expenses without the slightest reduction to the comfort they’re accustomed to. This credit card is issued by MBNA Canada in conjunction with Starwood Hotel and Resorts. An important feature of the card is its rewards program. Cardholders earn 5,000 bonus Starpoints on their first eligible purchase. Everyday purchases including gas, and groceries all award one Starpoints per $2 spent. Frequent spenders gather points much faster and those who spend more than $10,000 within a 12 month period are entitled to an additional 5,000 Starpoints. All points collected will come in handy when redeeming cash, merchandise and travel rewards.
